It seems that the Dell store doesn’t quite understand the concept of what makes one number bigger than another.


Last time I checked, going from a 3-year warranty to a 1-year warranty didn’t count as an “upgrade”.

    Does if you don’t want it! last time i played with their store was for a school assignment and i didn’t needed it but couldn’t get rid of it from the order.

    I wonder how those schools lucky enough to get Dell as their BSF IT partner will fair. Will their IT be “upgraded” or not?

      If even one local authority goes with Dell, I’ll eat my LinkRunner. Too many suppliers undercutting them with cheap crap for them to even get a look in, I would think.
